Las notificaciones fueron introducidas con la idea de usar webhooks para Slack, pero también se puede enviar un *payload* a cualquier endpoint. Actualmente solo activo para los comandos `publish` / `create`.

## Uso

Un ejemplo con ** hipchat**:

#### Notificación sencilla

notify:
