Fabien O'Carroll c46475f5be Supported optionally cancelling subscriptions on delete 
no-issue

This updates the Admin API Member resource to *not* cancel subscriptions
by default, and adds a `cancel` option. This can be used over HTTP by
including a `cancel=true` query parameter.

Regression Tests

This folder should contain packages which we test in a cron job once per day. These tests should ensure that we don't break Ghost.

The goal is that most of these packages use Ghost's API's to test behaviours, otherwise transform the tests into unit tests.
