Allow page to be used as post in dynamic routing
closes: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/10042
closes: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/14206

- the fact that pages are exposed as .page in dynamic routing has never played nicely
- this fix changes nothing in the tests - which shows this was never a covered case
- ideally I should add some tests, but for now this tiny change should prevent a lot of dynamic routing pain
- note, it doesn't remove .page, it just adds .post, so both work

closes https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/14886

1cc3f66d5f Reworked preview controller output
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/332

- With 'page' property being gone from page/post resources we need consistency across internal "preview API" too
- the handling is still hacky as we are exposing the "type" property to the preview pages, which is not exposed through Content API. this a long outstanding issue will have to be handled separately

0c097f6532 Fixed frontend rendering of page resource
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/332

- After removing the concept of a boolean "page: true" from the page/post resources frontend resource rendering didn't have enough information to pick the correct template
- Resolved this issue through passing of additional "context" to the template picker. Something nicer should be worked on in the future, as context pattern feels dirty here.

Added frontend key to ghost_head for portal (#14782)
refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1599
refs: f3d5d9cf6b

- this commit adds the concept of a frontend data service, intended for passing data to the frontend from the server in a clean way. This is the start of a new & improved pattern, to hopefully reduce coupling
- the newly added internal frontend key is then exposed through this pattern so that the frontend can make use of it
- the first use case is so that portal can use it to talk to the content API instead of having weird endpoints for portal
- this key will also be used by other internal scripts in future, it's public and therefore safe to expose, but it's meant for internal use only and therefore is not exposed in a generic way e.g. as a helper

🔥 Removed support for http/https mixed mode (#14783)
closes: https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/324
refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/14446

- Currently, if url is configured to http but a request is marked secure, Ghost will handle upgrading all internal URLs to https so that there are no mixed content warnings
- From 5.0 that feature is going away, in favour of strictly honouring the configured URL
- Ghost will serve URLs exactly as configured and won't upgrade http to https anymore
- This use case was common when Ghost was first built, but in 2022 the web is mostly https.
- The code needed to support the feature creates a lot of additional complexity & maintenance overhead, so removing this gives us space to do more cool and useful stuff in 2022

Moved frontend reloading logic into bridge
- following on from removing api versioning logic from the frontend, it's possible to make more sense of what's happening
- this commit first introduces a proper jsdoc'd object that gets passed through the frontent load & reload flow
- that object contains the urlService and optionally our routeSettings processed from routes.yaml
- additionally, we were passing around a start boolean, which told the routerManager whether to just init, or init+start
- with this refactor, we always pass in the routeSettings when we want to do init+start, so we no longer need a boolean

- The refactor itself moves logic from the reload function in site.js and urlservice + routesettings fetching logic from routes.js
into the reloadFrontend function in bridge.js.
- This makes it clearer to see what happens when we call reloadFrontend.
- This commit also makes it clearer to see what is happening with the route settings, where they are needed and why
- Ideally we'd also clean up the weird dupliated logic and somewhat unnecessary routes.js file

🔥 Removed versioned APIs

2c2099b87f Added homepage redirect for unsubscribe urls
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1495

With multiple newsletters, members are allowed to manage their newsletter pref via email unsubscribe link with member uuid. Since Portal is now taking over handling unsubscribe for members, we don't need to keep the current `/unsubscribe` page as Portal can load the member's newsletter pref on site home page directly.
The redirect change is only enabled behind the `multipleNewslettersUI` flag as its in beta.

Moved frontend data helpers into their own service
- Some of the helpers inside the routing service would be better suited to their own service
- These two helpers fetchData and entryLookup talk to the API to get data & so make a decent start for a data service
- The data service would be the single point of contact with the API for the frontend
- Doing this now cos I'm moving some files around ahead of deleting things for 5.0

🐛 Fixed post access in the get helper (#14282)
refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Team/issues/1367

Because we are passing through a different member object as the context
in the get helper, the content gating was not working correctly, as the
member was missing a status property, this adds the property which fixes
content gating.

- Added extra tests for get helper {{access}} property
- Added extra test for {{access}} property in next_post helper
- In the future we might want to update the tests so they test the whole request -> HBS context flow. Currently the has context is still stubbed manually.

refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/pull/10449
refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/pull/10559

- We originally had a weird structure returned for data keys in routes.yaml.
- To the best of my knowledge this was never desired or really used
- I'm removing it now simply because I'm trying to remove all references to v2/v3 in tests, and this had a comment saying it was deprecated in v3
- I could have changed the comment to be a proper @deprecated comment and leave this til we rewrite dynamic routing
- However it's weird and confusing and I believe entirely unused - so getting rid is way way better

Extract logging from DI patterns, only use @tryghost/logging package
refs: https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/146

Switched to @tryghost/logging instead of passing around the library. The main sticking points of this change are jobs. When jobs are launched we don't want them to use a separate @tryghost/logging instance because they would start parallel rotation jobs. @tryghost/logging v2.x passes all logs to the parent process if run in a child process, so that we can use the same patterns in jobs and the rest of the codebase.

Improved error handling in card-assets
refs bb47b9e327

- EACCESS error was previously caught to stop the boot process from failing with perms errors
- For clearFiless, we do not care if these files cannot be removed. Refactored to use allSettled which means we don't do them in sequence + can ignore the outcome
- For minifiy, this is now a legit error, however we don't need the activate method to fail for an EACCES error, we just need an error to be shown (I think)

- Card asset reloading was incorrectly only happening if the API version changed 🙈

closes: https://github.com/TryGhost/Ghost/issues/13739

- Ghost cannot write to the core folder in correctly configured production installations
- Built assets therefore need to be written to the content directory
- Ghost does not overwrite anything in the content folder as part of an upgrade, therefore static files that are provided by Ghost
