Naz	8281388290	Hardcoded ids in the data generator ... refs https://github.com/TryGhost/Toolbox/issues/116 - Allows to have deterministic routing on each start of the instance - can use cache when starting tests - To make use of the new fixtures need to place them in the content/data folder when the test suite is initialized, then the cache detection will kick in and boot up the UrlService in a constant time intead of having to check "urlServiceUtils.isFinished"	2021-11-17 04:29:55 +13:00
