Post response move pagination -> meta

closes #2604
- moved ‚pagination‘ to ‚meta‘ property
- added response test for pagination property
- changed ‚next‘ and ‚prev‘ to be set to null and exist on every
response
- removed unnecessary call to API for RSS author
