@astrojs/image deprecation

The `@astrojs/image` package is deprecated in favor of using `astro:assets`. If you are using Astro 3 you should start using the Assets package. See [the upgrade guide](https://docs.astro.build/en/guides/upgrade-to/v3/#removed-astrojsimage) for more information.
